Another time, about five weeks later actually, we were going to Bimingham from Market Drayton.

... and the horse was lame, or a horsey malady which I don't remember now!!

We secured the tow rope at the back of a string of narrow boats.
The motor boat in the third boat in the string, had a damaged propellor,
which meant that it was being towed by the first motor boat.
We formed the fifth boat!
